We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to lead AWS cloud migration efforts, design and develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capabilities, and optimize solution engineering, risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and business continuity on the AWS platform. This is a senior-level role where you will work directly with the Senior Technical Architect and CEO to provide scalable, high-performance, and reliable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AWS cloud migration initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining security and compliance.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK to automate cloud infrastructure deployment.
• Provide specialized guidance on AWS domains such as serverless computing, analytics, and machine learning to optimize workload performance.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies to improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure cloud architecture evolves with AWS advancements, staying up-to-date with best practices and new AWS services.
• Assess workloads against AWS Well-Architected Framework and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Create in-depth documentation, including architectural blueprints, technical reports, and best practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to align cloud strategies with enterprise goals.
• Utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS) to enhance application performance and scalability.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud solutions.
• Strong expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, etc.).
• Proficiency in serverless architectures, microservices, and container orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, etc.).
• Experience in performance tuning, cost optimization, and high-availability architecture designs.
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automation using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical cloud solutions.
