Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Cybersecurity Programs) to oversee and drive the successful execution of multiple cybersecurity initiatives within a high-impact government environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, cybersecurity program delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for cybersecurity programs—from initiation and planning to execution and closure

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor and track project budgets, timelines, milestones, and risks using project management tools

• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity regulations, compliance mandates, and agency-specific standards

• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and risk assessments

• Manage change requests and scope adjustments while keeping stakeholders aligned

• Contribute to process improvement and documentation for repeatable project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on cybersecurity programs

• Experience working with federal government or public sector clients preferred

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA, etc.)

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification required

• Certifications such as CISM, CIPPS, or CISSP are a plus

• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Willing to use Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)

• Active or eligible for a security clearance (TSC is a plus)
