Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Analyst with at least five (5) years of expertise in telecommunications system analysis, design, and development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in programming and designing systems for billing, trouble ticket management, service order entry, and configuration management, with a strong focus on supporting government and public safety operations.

This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to plan, design, and maintain mission-critical telecommunications systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance system capabilities, and ensure reliable service delivery to meet the needs of public safety agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, analyze, design, develop, and maintain telecommunications systems.

• Conduct system analysis to support billing, trouble ticket management, and service order entry.

• Perform configuration management and system design activities.

• Support service order planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools.

• Provide technical expertise in the development and enhancement of telecommunications systems for government and public safety agencies.

• Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecommunications system analysis and design.

• Strong programming skills in telecommunications-related applications.

• Experience with billing, trouble ticket management, service order entry, and configuration management systems.

• Proven ability to support government or public safety telecommunications operations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
